Working at S+M

In an exciting and fast growing product area the agile development is as important as well functioning communication within the team.

Here at S+M we have veterans, who have spent their whole career working in the vending machine or payment system industry, working alongside new talents and specialists from different backgrounds. The hierarchies are flat and good ideas and personal commitment are welcomed here.

We value a good work-life-balance and we offer individual and flexible working hours and locations.

At the same time we provide the security and stability of an owner-based company.

We have specialists and generalists, hands on doers and theoretical thinkers working hand in hand to create the best solutions for our clients. Some of them are sharing a little bit about themselves and their work here.
